Glocal Germany does not directly provide travel services such as car rentals, flights, hotels, or insurance policies. All service agreements are concluded directly between you (the user) and the respective service provider. We act solely as a facilitator and technology platform enabling you to discover, compare, and access these services.

1.2 No Direct Provider Relationship

When you book or purchase services through our platform, you enter into a contractual relationship with the third-party service provider, not with Glocal Germany. Each provider operates independently and maintains responsibility for their own services, terms, pricing, availability, and customer service.

2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To use Glocal Germany services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. This includes personal details, contact information, payment information, and travel documentation as required by service providers.

2.2 Account Security

If you create an account with Glocal Germany, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and Reservations

When you make a booking or reservation through Glocal Germany, you are requesting services from independent third-party providers. The terms of your booking are governed by the provider's own terms and conditions, which you should review carefully before completing any transaction.

3.1 Confirmation and Modifications

Booking confirmations are issued by the service provider, not by Glocal Germany. Any modifications, cancellations, or changes to your booking must be made according to the provider's policies. We facilitate communication but do not control provider policies regarding changes or refunds.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our platform are provided by third-party service providers and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Payment processing may be handled by the service provider or through secure third-party payment processors. Glocal Germany does not store your payment card information.

3.3 Car Rental Services

Car rental bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the local rental company. Requirements typically include a valid driver's license held for a minimum period, age restrictions, insurance coverage, security deposits, and fuel policies. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all rental terms before accepting a vehicle.

3.4 eSIM and Digital Services

Travel eSIM products are provided by telecommunications partners. Activation, coverage, data allowances, and technical support are managed by the eSIM provider. You must ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchase.

3.5 Flights and Hotels

Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotel operators, and booking platforms. Baggage policies, check-in requirements, cancellation policies, and other service terms are determined by these providers.

3.6 Travel Insurance

Insurance products are underwritten by licensed insurance companies. Coverage details, exclusions, claims processes, and policy terms are defined by the insurance provider. We recommend reading all policy documentation carefully before purchase.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each service provider and vary by service type, booking conditions, and timing. Glocal Germany does not control these policies and cannot guarantee refunds or modifications.

We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance and following travel advisories.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glocal Germany, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

18.3 Flight Bookings

Flight bookings are subject to airline terms, including baggage policies, check-in requirements, schedule changes, and cancellation rules. Glocal Germany acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines.

18.4 Hotel Accommodations

Hotel bookings are subject to hotel policies regarding check-in times, cancellations, payment methods, and additional fees. Room availability and pricing are determined by the hotel or booking platform.
